ALOS-4 SM3 mode Archive images

SM3 Mode Archived Images Observed in March 2026 (ALOS-4)

ALOS-4 was launched on July 1, 2024, completed its initial calibration and validation phase on March 31, 2025, and has since entered regular observation operations.

This article presents observation results obtained using the SM3 mode (fixed PRF mode) during the period March 2026, following the start of routine operations.

ALOS-4 data are acquired to cover a wide global area, making the extensive coverage clearly visible at a glance.
In additiono to the SM3 mode (10 m resolution) introduced in this article, the inclusion of data acquired using other observation modes further expands the available coverage area.
A major strength of the ALOS-4 archive is the flexibility to select the most appropriate data based on user objectives and applications.


To encourage wider use of ALOS-4 data, customers who have not yet made an initial purchase are eligible for up to 10 sample images free of charge!
This allows customers to evaluate the quality and usability before considering implementation.
