We would like to inform you that an issue has been identified in certain L2.1 products.
Under specific conditions, all backscatter intensity values in L2.1 products may be output as "0." Work is currently being planned to correct this issue; however, the schedule for completion has not yet been determined.

Affected Data: L2.1 products for ALOS-2/PALSAR-2
Issue Description: All backscatter intensity values in the L2.1 product are output as "0."

For customers who have already ordered products affected by this issue, corrected products will be provided once the issue has been resolved.
Customers who place orders for L2.1 data going forward are kindly requested to place their orders with the understanding that this issue currently exists.
We will post an update on this website once the issue has been resolved.
